Smart Scholars ABA

Smart Scholars ABA provides children with an engaging atmosphere for developmental services. We value each child and their unique requirements, providing a one-of-a-kind center with indoor and outdoor space designed to promote growth, engagement, positive conduct, improved quality of life, and individuality.

Smart Scholars ABA is committed to students of all ages who may be struggling with learning, conduct, and communication. We offer ABA therapy for a wide range of developmental delays, disabilities, and disorders, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We take a comprehensive approach to creating a personalized treatment plan that meets your child’s specific needs.

Our comprehensive courses emphasize abilities in eight areas of human functioning: language, play, cognition, executive function, motor, adaptive, academic, and social. ABA therapy reduces problematic behaviors, increases desired behaviors, and improves your child’s functioning in certain areas.

  • Smart Scholars focus on motor, visual, and spoken skills. A child must be able to communicate effectively, start interacting with others, play and perform everyday life activities, and achieve academically as well.
  • Smart Scholars focus on a child’s social interactions, connection development, social language abilities, and self-esteem.
  • Smart Scholars therapists work on the ability to properly communicate and understand others’ behavior and language.
  • Therapists encourage children to participate in daily life activities on their own, from dressing and going to the washroom to setting the table and shopping for groceries.
  • In the therapy, a child is encouraged to play various types of games, including participatory, independent, pretend, and computer play.
  • Memory building, attention, planning, self-awareness, flexibility, and problem-solving are all examples of goal-oriented behavior and self-management skills which are the main focus of smart Scholars.
  • Children are encouraged to understand the behavior of others and start using their senses to understand the situation.
  • For academics, therapists will work on the art and the math basics, so that the child can perform academically as well.
